The first weekend in May is typically the bike blessing. Almost every member and friend of St. Paul’s are somehow involved in the bike blessing. From baking cookies, to volunteering your time to cook hot dogs, pour coffee, or collect donations. The event starts off when the first rider appears with many motorcycle (most of them Harley) behind them. As the bikers pour into the parking lot, most members are excited the event will begin. A small service blessing the riders given by the HOGS host and ST. Paul’s Pastor is given. Then each bike is blessed in groups of 4 to 6 bikes and each biker receives a pin and blessing to keep them save in the following year.
